Practising critically reflective leadership 

I’ve just finished reading the last of Brookfield’s book and have been struck by the following:

  • The importance of modelling critical reflection. And the easiest way to do this is to share your reflective journey. 
  • The importance of engaging staff in reflecting on my practice. The  Critical Incident Questionnaire would be a good thing to try.
